An award with a very convenient explanation. "World's Best S.O.B." stands for "Super Outstanding Boss" on this funny award ribbon, so the compliment is officially documented. Give it for Boss's Day, a work anniversary, or a farewell to the manager who has earned your appreciation and understands your humor. The satin ribbon and gold foil give it a proper presentation, while the included card lets you name the recipient and the grateful employee behind it.
