How Long Does It Take to Process an Order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), but processing times are not guaranteed.

Where Do You Ship To?
Bad Betty Greeting Co. currently ships within the United States and U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. We also ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
How Long Does Shipping Take?
We primarily use USPS Ground Advantage, which includes tracking and delivery confirmation and typically takes 2–5 business days to arrive. You can upgrade to USPS Priority (1–3 business days) for an additional charge.
Shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on location and postal conditions. Once an order has been shipped, Bad Betty Greeting Co. LLC is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

All orders $25+ include free shipping!
