How Long Does It Take to Process an Order?

We process orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Where Do You Ship To?

Bad Betty Greeting Co. currently ships domestic only which includes shipping within the US and US territories such as Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. This also includes shipping to military bases (APO/FPO/DPO).

 

How Long Does Shipping Take?

We primarily use USPS Ground Advantage which includes tracking, delivery confirmation, and takes approximately 2–5 business days to arrive (possibly longer for states like Hawaii). You can upgrade to USPS Priority (1–3 business days) for an additional charge. 

 

How Do I Get Free Shipping?

All orders $20+ include free shipping!
